The Boreal OnTarget™ allele enrichment system allows researchers to detect and sequence both known and unknown rare somatic mutations by performing selective wild-type allele depletion in a simple, 1 hour process. By improving the sensitivity of downstream detection assays or sequencing, OnTarget™ can enable non-invasive monitoring of cancer and improve effectiveness of personalized treatment.
