Rescue Your Inhibited Samples
Boreal’s technology simultaneously purifies and concentrates nucleic acids from preparations that remain inhibited despite extraction by other methods. A combination of exceptional contaminant removal and low losses make this protocol ideal for clean-up of any sample that has already been lysed and partially, yet insufficiently, purified.
Recover DNA from Dilute Crude Lysates
The Aurora instrument works directly with small volumes of crude lysate, even those containing only trace amounts of nucleic acids, by efficiently re-concentrating nucleic acids following dilution to the 5 mL input volume.
Contaminant-independent Removal
The SCODA technology removes contaminants and enzymatic inhibitors regardless of species, offering a truly generic method for nucleic acid clean-up, unlike other technologies designed for a specific class of contaminant molecules.
